Alex Tindall was my main point of contact. Alex was super helpful, laidback, not pushy, always on call and would provide great advice. Couldn't sing Alex's praises any higher.
They have a handful of good clients from what I hear from other people.
What did you dislike?
Elaine, their CEO, likes to get involved in candidate control and probably shouldn't. She likes to grill candidates, lowering their expectations by putting them down- nice one.
Sophie, another account manager, will push you in to a job. I had verbally accepted an offer from her client, but because I hadn't signed the contract within the same day (as I was out at the time and said this over the phone) she called me panicked saying that the client was going to "pull the offer" as I'm "not showing enough interest". Wasn't true in the end, just desperate.
A lot of their clients are "boiler room" style sales environments.
